Terms of use

Effective date: March 2026  ·  Miss Money®  ·  hellomissmoney@gmail.com

Please read these terms carefully before using Miss Money®. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

1. The service

Miss Money® is a curated introduction platform that connects individuals and businesses seeking professional advisory services with vetted specialists. The platform facilitates introductions — it does not provide legal, financial, tax, accounting, or investment advice directly. Nothing on this platform constitutes professional advice of any kind.

Miss Money® does not guarantee outcomes from any introduction, engagement, or advisory relationship initiated through the platform. The quality, suitability, and results of any specialist engagement are the sole responsibility of the parties involved.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements to use this platform. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Subscriptions and payment

Access to the platform requires an active subscription. All subscriptions are billed annually at the time of purchase through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Miss Money® to charge the applicable annual fee to your payment method.

Pricing is displayed on the platform at the time of purchase and is subject to change at the company's discretion. Any price changes will be communicated with reasonable notice prior to your next billing cycle.

4. No refunds

All payments made to Miss Money® are final and non-refundable, without exception. This applies to all subscription tiers, the confidential advisory session, and any other paid service offered through the platform. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: cancellation, dissatisfaction with introductions, change of business circumstances, or failure to use the service. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

5. Confidential advisory session

The $2,500 confidential session is a one-time, 35-minute working session booked through TidyCal. Payment is processed at time of booking. The session is non-transferable and non-refundable. Rescheduling is permitted subject to availability. Miss Money® reserves the right to cancel a session and issue a platform credit (not a cash refund) at its sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.

6. Account termination

Miss Money® reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, subscription, or access to the platform at any time, for any reason, at the company's sole and absolute discretion. This includes, without limitation, termination for suspected misrepresentation, fraudulent information, inappropriate conduct, violation of these terms, or any other reason the company deems sufficient. Termination does not entitle the user to any refund of fees paid.

7. User representations

By using the platform, you represent that all information you provide — including your identity, professional credentials, business information, and the nature of your advisory needs — is accurate, current, and complete. You agree not to misrepresent yourself, your firm, your credentials, or your intentions. Miss Money® may verify information you provide and may suspend or terminate accounts where inaccuracies are found.

8. Advisor and specialist listings

Miss Money® makes reasonable efforts to verify that listed specialists hold the credentials they claim. However, the platform does not make legal determinations about licensing status and does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any specialist's credentials, licenses, or representations. Users are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before entering into any advisory engagement.

9. Introductions and matches

Miss Money® facilitates introductions based on profile information provided by both seekers and providers. The platform does not guarantee a specific number of introductions, the timing of introductions, or that any introduction will result in a business relationship. Introductions are made at the company's discretion and are subject to platform availability and match quality standards.

10. Intellectual property

All content, design, branding, copy, and functionality of the Miss Money® platform — including the Miss Money® name, logo, and character — are proprietary and protected. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any platform content without express written permission.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Miss Money® shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, any introduction made through the platform, or any advisory engagement entered into as a result of the platform. The company's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Miss Money®, its owners, operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your conduct in any advisory relationship initiated through the platform.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action.

14. Changes to these terms

Miss Money® reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the platform.

Privacy policy

Effective date: March 2026  ·  Miss Money®  ·  hellomissmoney@gmail.com

Miss Money® is built on the premise that privacy is not a feature — it is a foundation. Your business situation, your financials, and your identity are treated with discretion at every level of this platform.

1. What we collect

When you create an account or complete the intake process, we collect information you provide directly, including your name, mobile phone number, email address (optional), business name, industry, revenue range, employee count, and the pain points or advisory needs you describe. For advisors and specialists, we additionally collect professional credentials, license declarations, specialization keywords, pricing information, and geographic market data.

We collect payment information through Stripe, our payment processor. Miss Money® does not store credit card numbers or full payment details — this data is held by Stripe under their own privacy and security standards.

We may collect usage data, including pages visited, features used, and interaction with the platform, to improve service quality.

2. How we use your information

Your information is used to operate the matching engine, facilitate introductions, maintain your account, process payments, and communicate with you about your subscription and matches. It is not used for advertising, sold to third parties, or shared beyond what is necessary to operate the service.

Advisor pricing information — including minimum engagement fees and typical fees — is used exclusively for matching logic and is never displayed to seekers or any third party.

Seeker budget information is used exclusively for matching logic and is never displayed to advisors or any third party.

3. Information shared in introductions

When an introduction is made, relevant profile information from both parties is shared in a warm introduction email. Seekers will see: the advisor's name, firm, specialization, and contact information. Advisors will see: the business owner's name, company, industry, general situation, and a summary of their advisory needs. Sensitive financial details, exact budget figures, and private pricing fields are never included in introduction communications.

4. Dual profiles

If you hold both a seeker profile and a provider profile under the same account, these profiles are maintained as separate, firewalled records. Information from your seeker profile does not influence how you appear as a provider, and vice versa. The matching engine is explicitly prohibited from cross-referencing your two profiles.

5. Data retention

Your account and profile information is retained for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period thereafter in accordance with applicable law. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting hellomissmoney@gmail.com. Deletion requests will be processed within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations.

6. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted transmission, secure storage, and access controls. Government identification numbers such as EINs, where collected, are stored in hashed form and the original value is not retained. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Third-party services

Miss Money® uses the following third-party services in the operation of the platform: Stripe for payment processing; TidyCal for session scheduling; and standard email delivery services for introduction communications. Each of these services operates under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review their policies independently.

8. Cookies and tracking

The platform may use session cookies to maintain your logged-in state and to support basic platform functionality. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or behavioral analytics tools that monitor you across other websites.

9. Your rights

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data subject to applicable legal constraints. To exercise any of these rights, contact hellomissmoney@gmail.com.

10. Children

This platform is intended for use by adults operating in a professional or business capacity. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 18.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through
